MODALITÀ DI PREPARAZIONE:
Versare una bustina di lievito e un cucchiaino di zucchero in mezzo bicchiere (50 ml) di acqua tiepida. Mescolare e lasciare sciogliere per 10 minuti circa. Quando si sarà formata un'abbondante schiuma unirlo agli ingredienti della ricetta prescelta. Fare lievitare l'impasto già modellato per circa un'ora, cioè fino a quando avrà raddoppiato il suo volume. Mettere in forno già caldo. Ogni bustina equivale ad un cubetto di lievito fresco da 25 g.
