Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat milk, salt, rennet, selected goat ferments.
Surface treated with E235, E203, E150d.
A soft cheese made from goat's milk, the characteristics of which it preserves, such as high digestibility, without neglecting sensory and nutritional requirements. In fact, it presents a balance between the content of amino acids, organic acids, lactose and mineral salts.
