Semola di Grano Duro Saragolla Bio
Da diversi anni, in azienda, coltiviamo il Khorasan, chiamato Saragolla sin dai tempi del medioevo. Simile al grano duro nell'aspetto, la Saragolla raggiunge un'altezza due volte superiore a quella del frumento,contiene tuttavia moltepiù proteine, grassi, vitamine e mineralie molto meno glutine dunque più digeribile. Poco adatta, quindi, alle moderne tecnologie di produzione, che richiedono grani ad alto contenuto di glutine, la farina di Saragolla dona ai prodotti da forno fatti in casa e alla pasta sapori inaspettati, quasi dimenticati.
